- IPIewa PMay 24, 20221.0Awful nursery. Staff very inconsiderate to neighbours banging buckets and making noise. Children are taken outside in a rain or left playing on wet artificial grass whilst staff looking after children from distance whilst covering themselves from the rain. Staff spends more time chatting amongst themselves rather than looking after children Keep your kids away - awful place

My son was there for over 6 months and not one day did they think of taking children out, staff are rude and confused, children are constantly crying and the staff careless. I want to warn parents to avoid this place no wonder they have required improvement by Ofsted.
- LLLatoyaJul 10, 20172.0Staff do not appear to be very friendly or welcoming, their attitude shows no dedication (manager and deputy), I saw a member of staff just come from a smoke break which is fine but she was not discreet about it at all, I could see her cigarette box and lighter even as she walked back into the nursery... very unprofessional and not something I would expect from a well know chain such as bright horizons.
