Why are tours important?
Our personal tours have been especially designed to enable you to get a feel for the nursery and chat with our staff. During your tour, our nursery team will be on hand to answer any questions and to discuss your child’s individual care requirements. How long are your waiting lists?

Do you hold any Open Days?
Yes! Bright Horizons Open Days take place four times a year. Open Days are fun, family events where you can experience our engaging and innovative activities. You’ll be able to get a feel for the setting and our age-specific rooms and meet our friendly, caring nursery practitioners.
My child has special educational needs and/or disability (SEND), what support do you offer?
All of our nurseries have a designated SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) who will oversee additional support for any child with a developmental difference. We work with the child’s parents/carers and any specialist workers who support them, to ensure that their needs are best met.
All of our practitioners undertake regular training around supporting children with additional needs.
Accepting an offer and settling-in
Your nursery team will create a tailored settling-in plan for your child. During short settling sessions, they’ll get to know your child’s needs and help them feel comfortable. Your Key Person will keep you updated on their progress through the Bright Horizons Family App.
