- TVTej vOct 8, 20251.0My son went to Bright horizons last year. I am extremely disappointed by the care they took. They don't try to help the infants settle in or ask them twice or more to eat the food. If you love your kids, look else where
- JJJennieMay 5, 20225.0Updated I am really happy with the nursery. My daughter is doing well, she enjoys going and is happy at the end of her day. A really good balance of rules/boundaries and love/nurturing/learning. I would recommend to parents looking for a nursery place for their little one. *updated to 5 stars. They have really turned it round :) Just thought I should review as they have some negative reviews. I agree up to recently there were problems with a lack of consistency with regards keyworkers and a lack of communication. So much so, I complained and looked elsewhere. Also, they closed without notice and have shortened their hours over school hols which is just not good enough. HOWEVER, this was because of lack of staff and in the last month or so they have got MUCH better and my daughter is happy. They are doing good activities and communication is better. The keyworkers in the nursery room seem loving and caring and I think this is really important. I hope they maintain this.
- OFOnly FairDec 16, 20195.0Magic Nursery in Finchley is a great environment for children. My daughter is extremely shy and she had been attending another nursery before i found this one. I was very nervous and worried about her move and how she would settle in but it has been the best choice ive made. Although she is quiet she has made so much friends, and staff always encourage her to get involved. She has built good trusting relationships and although she is still shy she absolutely loves nursery. Not to mention the superb development in her reading, writing, and communication skills. I am very impressed. Great keyworker who understands my daughter well. Well done to all the staff, and thank you to everyone, its so great to know she is in safe hands and in an environment where she is comfortable and enjoys!!
