Although we were ultimately unable to proceed with our daughter’s place due to personal and financial difficulties, the team showed exceptional understanding and compassion throughout a very stressful situation. Their communication was always professional, kind, and supportive, and they went above and beyond to help us find a fair resolution. It’s clear that they truly care about families, not just policies. We are incredibly grateful for their empathy and would not hesitate to recommend them to other parents.
