Welcome to Highams Park Day Nursery and Preschool, where our dedicated practitioners provide the best early learning and care for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
In our calming baby room, little ones up to 18 months spend happy days exploring sensory toys and the different areas of the room. We follow your child's routine as closely as possible, to try and make the transition to nursery life smooth and easy.
We also have our own baby garden, which is separate from the rest of the garden space.
Our toddler room is spacious and bright with lots of room for your child to make new discoveries and start to gain independence.
Preschool is where children aged 2.5 to 5 years take their next steps towards getting prepared for school. Activities are planned around children's individual interests, as well as our unique Growing Programmes. Preschoolers also have access to our ICT suite, to start learning key computing skills.

- AVAmanda VaraniJun 24, 20261.0Poor safeguarding and questionable staff. We had seen employees outside smoking, I had even seen one employee take a child alone, to the bathroom, despite being told no child would ever be left alone one on one. When my child had a bump to their head, they had no idea what happened as they hadn't seen it. After the horrific incident that occured at their sister branch, we naturally had some questions regarding the safe guarding of Highams Park branch. The manager called us back and said given it was only one employee out of thousands, they were doing well. Our child only attended twice a week, for a matter of hours, but we pulled our daughter out that day.

Not sure how to understand this so I will leave to everyone to decide for themselves! Personally I am shocked!

The team here are really personable and you genuinely feel the care and attention that they give to the children. All rooms are well equipped and well lit. There is a reasonable amount of outdoor space but they maximise what is there. My only minor gripe would be that updates on activities on a daily basis are quite few and far between. However they've recently launched an app so this may change.
