I registered my daughter and paid an amount of 115 SAR as a registration fee on April 30, 2025. However, they did not accept my child into the nursery, and the amount has not been refunded until now, despite my continuous follow-ups over several months with no response or clear explanation.
- LLLeanneDec 15, 20205.0My nearly 2 year old loves going to nursery. It's such a weight off our minds as parents to know he's having fun and being well cared for. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents. When I first visited I was impressed by the facilities and how calm and well organised everything seemed. My son has been attending for almost a year now and it's lived up to expectations. All staff are friendly and helpful, both in the office and in my son's room. He has formed a particularly strong bond with his key worker who is fantastic. The communication with parents is excellent and I really appreciate the daily reports and weekly newsletters that get sent home. They've been especially helpful this year while parents haven't been able to enter the building due to Covid safety measures. It's helped us stay connected to what he gets up to at nursery everyday. The nursery have dealt with the covid situation fantastically this year, despite all the challenges. I'm very grateful.
