  David, Lauren, and the whole team deserve the highest praise for their exceptional care and kindness while helping my family arrange my dad’s funeral. Sitting down for that first meeting felt completely overwhelming, but David was so gentle and understanding. Even when my nephew was feeling a bit restless, David was kind enough to give him some paper to draw on—and even let him keep the pens! He made our sad and difficult time just that little bit easier to breathe through. Throughout everything, both he and Lauren kept us in the loop through phone calls and emails, answered every little question without hesitation, and never made us feel like it was too much trouble. David is so thoughtful, he never rushed us and gently helped each family member figure out how we wanted to say our goodbyes. It was really important to us to honour our Chinese traditions and they couldn't have been more supportive and worked around them, handling all the timing and crematorium guidelines effortlessly. He connected us with Beverley Darlison, a celebrant who suited our family perfectly. She delivered a beautiful service that was a fitting tribute to my dad. We are all just so grateful for the kindness and care you all showed us. Thank you!

  We cannot thank the team enough for the care and compassion shown during such a difficult time. They did an excellent job looking after every detail of my dad’s funeral, making the whole process feel so much more manageable for us as a family. All of the staff were amazing—kind, supportive, and genuinely caring throughout. A special mention to Richard Jones, the celebrant, who delivered a beautiful and heartfelt service and took such care with my dad’s eulogy. It meant so much to us. We are truly grateful for everything you did. Thank you.
