Helen, in particular, was a true comfort during an incredibly sad and distressing time in our lives. She was able to see us on the very same day I called, and from that moment she guided us step by step with warmth, kindness, and genuine compassion. Helen went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. Her care made an unbearable situation a little easier, and we are deeply grateful for everything she did for us. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

I also wanted to thank Angela who was my dad's funeral director she really looked after us on the day of my dad's funeral, everyone at the co op funeral home went above and beyond for my dad and my family, you are all amazing, I also wanted to say thank you to Andrew who washed and dressed my dad when he was at coalvile, you made him look so beautiful thank you so much. Your all amazing.

Paula went above and beyond Making sure dads ashes was delivered on time and sorting out a wooden urn and plaque at short notice for the burying of dads ashes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the co op funeral services at Shepshed especially Paula as she goes above and beyond to help the relatives at an especially sad and vulnerable time. Thank you Paula from us all.
