- CJChloe Madison JamiesonJun 20, 20261.0A really disappointing experience. The manager who was initially very keen for us to start settling sessions, after less than 2 weeks told us that she no longer had the days that we had already agreed to, as she gave them to someone else without any proper explanation. There were issues with food, staff who were very rude both to us and our child and continual staff changes making settling extremely difficult. Our child really needed a nurturing environment and a bit of extra support as he was very shy, but both the manager and 2IC were completely dismissive and made us as parents stay to settle him almost every time as they were unable to even after we shared strategies. In our experience, this location is not at all the caring environment that you need it to be for your child and I would not recommend it.
