  I absolutely love this nursery and honestly can’t recommend it enough. I’ve used nursery services and educational settings for many years, and the staff here are some of the kindest, most caring, respectful, supportive, and professional people I’ve ever come across. There’s such a genuine warmth about the place, and it’s clear that the children are at the heart of everything they do. My daughter has been here for almost a year now after having a really difficult experience at another local nursery. The difference has been incredible. She settled in so quickly, absolutely loves the staff who care for her, and has come on leaps and bounds since starting here. She’s made so many friends, grown in confidence, and is genuinely excited to go to nursery. She loves learning, spending time with her friends, and seeing the wonderful staff who look after her. A special thank you to Sam, who is an amazing nursery manager, and to the fantastic ladies who care for my daughter — Maria, Hailey, and Amanda. Thank you for welcoming her, teaching her, caring for her, and helping her thrive. As a parent, I’ve always felt welcomed and supported too, and I’m so grateful for how well you look after her. She talks about you all constantly and is always so happy to see you. What really stands out is that every member of staff seems invested in the children. Even the chef and kitchen team know the children by name, take the time to chat with them, and clearly care about them. The meals they prepare are amazing, and it’s lovely to see how involved they are in the children’s day-to-day lives. They always stop for a chat and make the children feel valued and cared for. I also have several friends whose children attend this nursery, and every one of them has had a fantastic experience too. As a mum of multiple children who has experienced several different nurseries over the years, I can honestly say this has been the best experience by far. The level of care, professionalism, kindness, and dedication is outstanding. Thank you all for everything you do. The positive impact you’ve had on my daughter and our family means more than words can say. ❤️

  Poor childcare in many different areas but child safety being the main one of concern. Issues being taken to Ofsted and my child removed from their care. Avoid, or book a visit and go and see for yourself.

  All the ladies who work at Bright horizons are so lovely, they make both my child and self very happy and comfortable with the services they offer. I wouldn’t send my child anywhere else!

  My review is covering the last 9 months that my daughter has been attending the Kings Hill branch. As an extremely anxious person in general and especially as a new parent, I will never forget how easy the nursery staff made my daughter's first day. To be greeted by the team, knowing who we were as soon as we arrived at the door was comforting to me - my daughter never looked back! I have not had a single day where I have dropped her off and she has not marched in on her own merit, happy to be there; that's so enjoyable for me to see as a parent. It's the little touches that the nursery does that makes me feel I am part of my daughter's day - the daily communication forms, the pictures and cards she has made with the team - it's brilliant! I have not encountered a single member of staff who has not been happy or energetic, which under the conditions of the last year, is admirable. I have already signed my next child up for joining in April 2022!
