He settled in so well, thanks to the settling in sessions that started in November 24 but mainly because of how amazing all the staff have been with him. I have been so impressed with the nursery’s communication and it really sets your mind at ease knowing that you can log into the app anytime and see how your child is getting on with their naps, feeding and nappy changes. We especially love the updates on his progress which are uploaded regularly to our portal by his key person. Tegan has gone above and beyond to make our son feel safe and comfortable at nursery and we can’t believe how well he is developing there. Tegan has even changed parts of our home life as we have been able to transfer skills he is learning at nursery, such as feeding himself and self soothing, to make our home life easier. Stacey and Amanda also play a big role with our son’s development and he happily strolls into the nursery now to meet Stacey most mornings. All the team here are absolutely amazing and when we found out we were expecting our second we signed him up immediately! I am delighted to say that he will be joining his brother in March 26. This is a great nursery, worth every penny and the staff are so incredible.

Opening and closing times will be specific to each nursery. Our nurseries are closed between Christmas and New Year as well as Bank/public holidays and INSET days.

All of our practitioners undertake regular training around supporting children with additional needs.
Accepting an offer and settling-in
Your nursery team will create a tailored settling-in plan for your child. During short settling sessions, they’ll get to know your child’s needs and help them feel comfortable. Your Key Person will keep you updated on their progress through the Bright Horizons Family App.
