Coming in summer 2025, one of Hartford Care’s newest care homes will be situated in the town of Alton, Hampshire. The purpose-built home will be located within easy distance of local amenities including shopping centres, supermarkets, theatres, cinemas, library, hotels, public houses, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, train station, health centres and public parks.
Our team are set to begin work on creating a unique care home which will offer residential, dementia and respite care, ensuring our residents are not only safe and well cared for but happy and content as well. As with all our homes, we will provide a full programme of activities, entertainment and outings to cater for everyone’s taste.
