  After moving my son from another nursery where he had become very anxious about attending, we decided to try Bright Horizons. From the very first visit, the team was incredibly welcoming, supportive and understanding. The environment immediately stood out to us - especially the beautiful outdoor garden and green space where the children can explore and play freely. During the settling period, the manager quickly noticed that we were struggling and suggested an approach that made a huge difference for my son. Within just a few days of following her advice, he went from being scared of nursery to happily walking in and enjoying his time there, which meant the world to us as parents. The staff are exceptionally caring, calm and attentive. It's clear they genuinely love and nurture the children, treating them with kindness and patience every day. Thanks to their support, we are also starting our second baby here and I feel so much more relaxed. Wonderful team!

  My 3 year old son has language and developmental issues and is very appreciated, the staff take great care of him, give him attention and take care of his needs. I am a happy mother to be here

  We absolutely ADORE Bright Horizons Hedge End. My daughter has been going for around five months and is absolutely thriving. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely incredible 🤩

  After leaving a one star review I was contacted by the management to get an understanding of my frustrations. I was very happy with the phone call and truely believe the issues that I have previously experianced they are now trying to address.
