  My Son has been in the Bright Horizons Nursery 3 days a week for at least 7 months now and I cannot praise them enough. From the Manager Clare who greets us most morning to her Assistant Manager Sophie (the reason we opted for Fair Oak BH) to the beautiful caring ladies in the Baby room. Aimee, Rosie (amazing Richies KP), Smilin. Absolute brilliance. Now Richie is in the toddler room Jess is great and happy that she is Richies KP Lucy as team Leader is fab and very informative and and he started there last week. 3 days in and his vocal chords and trying to speak has grown immensely. You guys Rock. Thanks for being an amazing team.

  DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. If we could do minus stars we would. We sent our daughter here just before she turned 1. One day we collected her and she was so upset (not like a normal upset, never seen her like it). She kept holding her arm and she wouldn't move it or let us touch it, she was in pain. We took her to hospital to have it checked and they confirmed it had some sort of damage but was not broken. We had asked Claire (nursery manager) what happened and she couldn't tell us. She had to check with her staff. They called back a while later in a panic and said that she had apparently fallen over. We knew in our guts that this wasn't true. Even now a year on if anyone slightly pulls on her arm to lift her/ swing etc (as you do with children) she screams in pain and holds her arm. Over a year on from then she is now much better at communicating. I just put her to bed and while putting her PJ's on she hurt her arm as she was lifting her self up from laying down. She screamed again and suddenly said that the lady hurt her. We asked her what lady and she said the lady at her old nursery. We asked what happened and she said "I was playing and playing and then the lady pulled my arm and it really hurt"!! From reading other reviews since, it appears that they do this to multiple children. We now have to deal with the long lasting/ permenant damage done to our daughters arm. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!

  Just a quick review to show my appreciation to the team at Fairoak. They all work tirelessly to meet the needs of all children. I have had two of my boys there and they have flourished no end the support and care that we have all been shown has been brilliant . My son is currently in preschool which he really enjoys the team are supporting him ready for going to school as they they did with my other son last year. All in all they are a great bunch and I would highly recommend this nursery.

  Ignore that one review, her child probably never went. We had both children go here (one still is) and they love it. Would highly recommend them. Rated highly with Ofsted. No problems with staff, all genuinely nice people who love their job.
