Due to Covid-19 we are not doing face to face appointments at the moment but continue to do telephone appointments and to give advice by email. The service offers free and impartial advice on the full range of welfare benefits. We offer benefits entitlement assessment, help to claim benefits (completion of forms), challenge decisions including appeals. One-off advice or on going case work as required. Signposting of other financial and debt problems to appropriate free organisations where required
