  Best nursery in Basildon. Since we are going to school this year, I really want to thank all members of staff in this lovely nursery. They are professionals in their field. They spend time in a lot of interesting activities with children, which very helps for kids to learn, explore, become confident and develop their skills. Also to be prepared for school. They come up with many different educational games for children. Thank you for teaching to be friends and respect each other, to create and fantasize, to appreciate beauty, to be honest, kind, caring. We are so proud of our child's achievements. Always nice to see crafts wich made at daycare, and our child always repeats what did in the nursery with interest at home. The team treats each child with attention and care. I can only be glad for my child. And in general, feels that there is very friendly and well-coordinated, experienced specialists team works in this daycare.

  We are so happy that we chose Bright Horizons Basildon Nursery for our daughter to attend for the past 3 years. The level of care that is provided by the carers/staff at Bright Horizons is beyond exceptional. I have seen first hand the way that they make every effort to make sure that each child is happy and thriving in their development. Would highly Recommend!

  Updated***Resolved Issue Deputy manager called and explained what happened and issued an appology on behalf of the center. A child emergency came up right when we visited and they where one person short. She explained that she has spoken to the staff involved to resolve and prevent this situation happening in the future. Those this still caused me and my family significant stress at a time when we need to sort childcare out. ____________ Terrible service and completly mess around. The staff are inadequate, rude and also the floor had biscuit mess all around the door and sticky finger mark's on the chairs. Long explanation: Phoned the nursary to confirm my internet tour booking because they did not call me back, they said it had not gone through so she specifically booked me in. I book a day off work just for this visit. I turned up to see receptionist at desk she told me to wait. 5mins later I checked and she had disappeared, only a few mins pass and some different member of staff ( not a receptionist) answered the door. She told us that the receptionist doubled booked us. I understand that can happen but my wife wasnt happy. She then told my wife that they cancelled everyone's tours today.  So they cancelled my tour and did not inform me of this cancellation ( but this other member of staff told me it was a double booking)  this staff has completly lied to me, my wife and my son and additionally the receptionist had abandoned her desk to hide away somewhere and not taking responsibility for her mistake. This other member of staff that dealt with us did not even offer an apology and was rude in the way she talked to us (like we where toddlers). There was no alternative solutions offered

  We have nothing but nice things to say about the staff at the nursery. Throughout the time our son has been there they've been really helpful, always willing to answer questions and full of energy. He loves being there and his progress has been great. Would completely recommend them.
