  Fantastic hotel with amazing service especially from Sajal at the reception desk! Our first time staying at Voco Haymarket on a first trip to Edinburgh with the family. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were quiet, clean, modern and comfortable!! Thank you to our wonderful host Sajal and team at the reception who made our stay a very memorable one!! Highly recommend the hotel!

  𝐒𝐯𝐞𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐢 𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢 𝐝𝐢 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐨! Hotel molto confortevole e in ottima posizione per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse. Stanze spaziose, pulite e con ogni genere di comodità. I letti sono comodissimi e il doppio cuscino è geniale! Bollitore in camera con scelta di caffè, the e cioccolata. Una bottiglia di acqua naturale ogni giorno. In bagno ci sono doccia schiuma, shampoo, balsamo e crema corpo. Sarebbe utile uno specchio per ingrandire il volto. Nella stanza ci sono tante prese di corrente per caricare i propri telefoni o i pc. La colazione offre una vasta scelta di piatti dolci e salati, frutta e verdura, tanti tipi di cereali e uno yogurt greco squisito!! Il personale gentile e disponibile. La hall dell’hotel è arredata con comodi divani e poltrone per garantire agli ospiti una permanenza gradevole anche in fase di partenza in attesa del taxi o navette.

  Loved our 3 night stay here. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Had lunch twice which was great, breakfast also great. Good selection of drinks available and the restaurant/bar area was a nice place to be. The hotel was in very good condition, clean, tidy and fresh. Brilliant shower. Couldn't fault the place!

  Really enjoyed our stay! The room had a queen bed plus a sofa bed that worked perfectly for the three of us. It felt like great value for money, especially being in such a peaceful spot away from the busy centre. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the hotel was spotlessly clean with excellent housekeeping. Beds were comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

  It was an ok stay but the carpets were dirty with a large stain on the floor which makes this unacceptable. It doesn’t make you feel comfortable to see this overall. If room gets stained like this, it shouldn’t be issued until properly remedied. I think hotels are trying to get away with too much post covid as this would have been completely unacceptable at this level prior. It’s something you would maybe accept in a motel or cheap hotel but at this price point and standard expected this is not a sign of good service. Soiled textiles and dust shouldn’t be accepted. Start hiring more staff because the cuts you are doing are basically ruining the industry and travel experience.
