  Our little boy has been at this nursery for just a few months but has settled in really well now. He has a great time there and absolutely loves the food, activities and people. The indoor and outside spaces look great and well cared for, and all the staff from the baby room and management have been so friendly and helpful. We feel happy knowing he’s safe and well looked after here!

  We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. My 4 year old started attending since he was 1. From the very beginning, the teachers and staff have gone above and beyond to provide a loving, nurturing and stimulating environment. Starting with the general services, the nursery provides their own nappies, wipes, and a change of clothes if necessary, although parents are encouraged to send each child with their own bag of spare clothes. They have their own cook that prepares the food for each age group with fresh ingredients, with particular care taken when preparing food for the babies and younger children. The food menu changes with the seasons, and if a child is fussy, they will also provide alternatives, so every child is well looked after and offered something suitable to eat. The children's development is documented and discussed with parents. If a particular area where a child needs support, the teachers work with them patiently and encourage to improve in a positive way. The teachers have always encouraged my 4 year old to learn basic skills appropriate for his age, such as independent eating, serving himself with water or breakfast, putting on jackets and shoes, and even potty training. Of course, it's good to remember that these things are always a parent's main responsibility too. Every week there is a new main theme the teachers explore with the children, anything from animals and planets to drawing, cooking, and general creative play. Overall, I couldn't recommend this nursery more. My child has made lots of friends and is always happy to go. When we pick him up, he is always in a good mood, but tired and messy - which to me shows that he has had the perfect environment to play, explore, and learn: safe, happy, and free to be himself.

  Our daughter has been attending this nursery and we couldn't be happier with how the nursery is run, the activities for the kids and the staff. I would highly recommend it!

  Our children have attended bright horizons at Gogarburn for just over a year now after moving from another setting! The difference has been incredible and wished we’d made the move sooner. Staff are professional, friendly and genuinely caring for the children and their experiences. Meals are freshly cooked and healthy and the place is always clean and tidy! A wonderful setting with great indoor/ outdoor facilities- highly recommend this nursery

  Our child has attended Bright Horizons Gogarburn for 2 years, through baby to toddler to preschool rooms. We’ve had a really positive experience across all rooms. Our child loves the meals served and the activities, and they’ve developed & learned a lot during their time in the nursery. The staff are excellent, in each room there are several staff members our child has bonded with, and we feel they really care about the children. The staff turnover is low, and the management team are friendly & helpful. Having previously attended a different nursery, our experience with Bright Horizons is far superior and we’d recommend Gogarburn.
