  We entrusted the Co-op Chaddesden Funeral Directors with the arrangements for my grandmother’s funeral, and from the very start they were caring, compassionate, and warm. Lou and Jo went above and beyond in every detail, keeping us informed throughout and making the whole process feel supported. On the day of the funeral, they were incredibly accommodating when a family member was running late, and handled everything with such respect and professionalism. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness they showed us during such a sad time. Truly outstanding service.
