  I cannot begin to thank the whole team here. From start to finish, every single person I spoke with was so kind and patient. The service we received was impeccable- they made a terrible situation so much easier and I am forever grateful. Special mention for Katie who dealt with most of my crises and tears with so much compassion and care. I felt my granddad was in the right hands and I felt assured he was looked after with respect and dignity. A quick mention that our chosen Celebrant, Bev, was absolutely beautiful inside and out, she is a testament to her job and I am so pleased with her work. Also thank you to Glen and all the other people who were involved in driving us and the hearse to the crematorium- all absolutely lovely. Just absolutely fabulous, thank you xx

  I'd just like to thank everyone at the co-op funeral service at langley mill Holbrook st . Caroline,mark for all their support and help and care throughout the passing of my father .you was there all the way through and nothing was to much trouble so thank you from the bottom of our hearts truly wonderful help .also to Sam, Luke and the rest of the. Crew who did the actual funeral taking us to the swanick crematorium .we'll u did my father proud so thank you all so much your all fantastic and should b proud thanks again. John michael strange .

  My wife passed away on 14 August 24. I work away about drove home to find my wife on our sofa. The authorities called the Central Co-op Funeral Centre in Heanor, to pick up the body. A gentleman came up and apologised for the delay in attending our home. About 90 - 120 minutes later a man with a beard came to our house, looked at me and then the representative and said, 'Where is it!' I was enraged and disgusted that there was no sympathy or empathy. It seemed as though my wife was an annoyance and I was totally disgusted. This man should not be in this job with this attitude. I was an emotional mess, and this person put fuel on an already terrible situation. My wife is not an 'IT' she was my love for 38 years and I was disgusted that this person thought it was acceptable to talk like this this about someone who had just died.

  A fantastic service for my late friend Carl, the lady that led the service at the chapel was amazing, she summed him up so well as if she had known him personally, there was humour, sadness and empathy in the service..great job

  Would definitely recommend the Co op funeral care the made a difficult time in my family's life more bearable to witch I will be eternally grateful
