  From start to finish we could not fault the service we received for our son. Kerry was so kind and patient with me whilst putting whole cremation service together. Keeping in contact the whole time. Everything went really well on the day and I would like to give a big thank you to all the staff for their support and caring respectful manner.

  Truly dreadful experience. Woman we saw had forgotten that we had appointment then brought the wrong details of deceased person into the meeting then left to find the correct file followed by further mishaps. Would not recommend using the West Bar office.

  With their lack of dignity and care for the deceased and their family, am surprised they are still in business.

  Supposed to be there for those who have passed and those that are near to them too. But they've never considered either the 1 that has sadly passed or their close 1s and make out that they are speaking the truth (which is lies). Wish I could say I'd recommend, but I can't.
