  Had a phonecall from the acting manager today to say our son's class had been closed for the week due to staff shortages. Then a few hours later received an email from their head office saying that his class would be closed for 3 months. Failing to provide a service that it has been paid for, then just leave working parents high and dry with no alternative means of child care. They stated the closure is due to staffing/training, so it's obviously come as no surprise to them ... But absolutely no correspondence sent out to parents preparing them for it. Just an email on the day. Absolutely disgraceful, incompetent and unprofessional doesn't even come remotely close. The actual nursery workers who look after the kids have been great, the managers who have let this happen should be held accountable. I can only hope that this "temporary" closure hits the company with such a financial loss that they go into administration because they are not fit for purpose. Needless to say, avoid this cowboy establishment at all costs.

  After over a year of having our baby’s name down, the nursery cancelled the place 3 months ahead of her start date. There is NOTHING else available in the area at this point for over a year. Absolutely disgraceful and I genuinely have no idea what we’re going to do

  My child has gone to this nursery and then pre-school..the staff are fantastic and are all fully qualified with lots of years experience. The facilities here are second to none for developing your child. I live the way it's free flowing and your child is free to make their own choices. Also regularly kept up to date with how my child is progressing. The food menu is always rotated and cooked fresh so your child is given quality food for every meal.
