You'll find them nestled by universities, tucked close to train stations, attached to hospitals, and snuggled down quiet streets in towns and cities, perfectly placed for drop-offs and pick-ups. Some are based in small, cosy homes, others in office buildings - and we even have one in a converted church. Every nursery is as unique as its children, but whichever you choose you can look forward to exceptional quality childcare, NHS-accredited food menus, enriching curriculum and exciting environments that give your child the best start in life.

I would strongly advise other parents to think carefully before choosing this nursery. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. The nursery has been very unreliable. Two weeks ago, they closed with very little notice because of the heatwave. Since then, they have had time to prepare for further warm weather, yet they have decided to close again instead of putting adequate contingency plans in place. For working parents, this is incredibly disruptive. Many of us rely on childcare so we can go to work, and last minute closures leave families scrambling to make alternative arrangements, often at significant personal and financial cost. What makes this even more frustrating is the high fees. We pay a premium for what should be a reliable childcare service, yet when the nursery closes due to issues within its own control, there is no refund or compensation for the missed hours. I completely understand that children’s safety must always come first. However, part of running a childcare setting is planning for foreseeable events. Heatwaves are no longer unexpected, and after the previous closure, I would have expected measures to be in place to avoid the same situation happening again. Overall, I feel let down by the lack of reliability and accountability. If you need dependable childcare to support your work and family commitments, I would seriously consider other options.

My little one is here and it's ok. The staff are lovely but I'm still undecided whether to keep him here. However , I wanted to post to let others know that may be looking into nurseries that they have regularly closed the nursery due to heatwave. They close it with little warning(30 minutes one day) and charge us for those hours. The contract says unless its 3 consecutive days we won't be credited. The nursery has had since they opened to plan for heatwaves. It's very poor.

All the staff here are so lovely and caring, my daughter has been going here for over a year and we love it! They helped her settle in so quickly although it was her first nursery experience and English isn’t her first language. Definitely a positive experience for us and would highly recommend to anyone looking to enrol their children!
