Our daughter has really flourished at this nursery. The staff are so loving and competent, and the Montessori content is of the highest standard. Food is always healthy and there is always lots of outdoor time. I would highly recommend it!

Very disappointed. Originally went in for a look around and our girl loved it and they said we could start quickly. My daughter has mild cerebral palsy so we sent over all the relevant paperwork requested and had no responses for months . I must of rang about 5 times to remind them but they said it was hard to get the extra staff they would need for her needs. So we waited patiently and again to our emails no responses until I heard it can happen that nurseries discriminate so I sent an email asking if there was an issue. They finally got back we came in for a meeting but still they have not properly got back or addressed our 2 year old daughters needs. This was last year and still nothing sorted and I’ve given up : (

Amazing nursery with kind, caring and warm staff.
I’ve been so happy with the care my little boy has had whilst being here. He’s learnt so much and loves his time here, all staff are very open and friendly, even staff in the older classes know my little boys name and are always engaging and interested in him.
It has such a lovely family run feel to the nursery. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for care for their little bundles of joy.

Appalling communication, mistakes left right and center plus absolutely zero enthusiasm or effort to book dates. Most staff looked deflated and management admitted she didnt have a clue about Montessori. Generic replies to everything across the Busy Bees group (if you're lucky to get a reply). Abysmal.

This nursery has gone from being a highly Reputable and ofsted outstanding nursery to a requires improvement nursery provision in less than a year since busy bees acquired the nursery. My eldest child attended the nursery previously and had a great experience, and as a parent I was very pleased with the care provided by the nursery. I was also willing to pay a higher fee for the nursery due to the quality of care provided. My youngest child has attended since busy bees took over the nursery, as naïvely I believed that nothing would change about the provision, as this was the promise given by the initial manager in post. Sadly that comment could not have been further from the truth. The nursery has changed beyond recognition, both in terms of well known staff members leaving and the quality of care provided. Complaints from many parents, myself included, have fallen on deaf ears. the communication is shocking and none existent, poor management, the quality to food provided cheap, budget cuts very apparent, yet parents are expected to pay nearly £75 a day. Complaints made to ofsted have recently prompted a full unannounced inspection, which only confirms my views that this a nursery that falls far below expectations. In summary, I would not recommend the nursery to anyone. I have removed my child from the nursery now and I am aware of many other parents doing the same. Busy bees have ran the nursery into the ground, and it is fair to say that the reputation of the provision within the local area of a very damaged.
