- MBMatthew BrooksNov 1, 20241.0I witnessed a female staff member waving her hand at an elderly customer and speaking to her in a rather abrupt manner. This seemed very rude and as the lady got outside I saw her start to well up. I asked her if she was ok and she told me that she had only popped in to ask about her funeral plan but was asked to call another number. I asked the lady why there was a commotion and why she was crying. She said she didn't want to cause a fuss but I know from what I saw and heard that the lady working there was extremely rude to this lady and doesn't deserve a job anywhere. She is also the reason I've taken my business elsewhere.

The first person she saw, a woman, maybe in her 50s, Mum said, put her hand up and said 'let me stop you there' RUDE 'we don't deal with plans' 'have you got a pen and paper'. Mum said no, woman gave her a number to call. Mum left very upset thinking 'do I even have a plan'. Mum called the number burst into tears to the lady who answered, explained what had happened and was told that she should NEVER have spoken to her like that! I am fuming at this disgusting behaviour by someone who 'should' be professional and kind. She should not be in that position to be able to deal with vulnerable people. Shame on you! You know who you are!
