Our young one has been at Bright Horizons since Aug 2025. We moved from another nursery to this one and our little one has been supported all the way. We are happy with the communication from the nursery, including management and lovely Jess, Nicky and Katrina in preschool. The forest school is a big plus to this nursery and the skills the children develop. We also enjoy the fact that we have been invited to join the children in a few different occasions, allowing us to see first hand their space and the dynamics between them and their key people. Our young one is looking forward to going there every day and that says a lot.

We had our son here from 10 months for three months and ended up pulling him out, and it has been the best decision for us. He was coming home hungry and very upset every single evening. When we messaged asking if they could please give him milk in a bottle once during the day as he was still not used to a beaker, three people from management saw the message and nobody replied. When we asked in person they said their policy is no bottles after 1 year because it's not good for their teeth, but they also said they couldn't give him tap water between meals because sterilising it was too much work. So our son was going four hours between lunch and tea with no food, no milk, no water. We don't sterilise water at home and said so. Didn't matter. Sleep was a disaster. Some days they couldn't settle him at all, other days he slept four minutes. We were told he was "fine", that other kids playing nearby had woken him, or that he simply wasn't tired. They only tried once per day to settle him and if that didn't work, that was it for the day. He came home absolutely exhausted, which then affected his night sleep too. During our tour they showed us two separate rooms and said the second could be used for sleep when needed, in practice it was never used. They told us at the tour that children go outside every day no matter the weather. In three months over winter he never once went outside. When we asked, they said it was too cold. Updates were almost non-existent, sometimes once a week about a group activity, and if your child wasn't in that day, nothing at all. Every time we raised any of this, someone said they'd take note, but nothing changed. The room seemed consistently understaffed, staff in the baby room changed constantly, sometimes twice in a day, with a lot of agency workers who didn't know the children. There was no system to keep track of what each child needed. There were times we'd pick him up visibly upset and ask whether he'd slept or had milk, and the people in the room couldn't tell us because they hadn't been there in the morning and nothing had been logged. I since then have spoken to another parent who experienced similar issues, confirming this was not an isolated incident. We were genuinely excited for our son to start here, it seemed like a great setting and it was a very hard decision to leave, specially as we had no other option at the time. He is now somewhere else and is thriving, with none of these issues.

The staff, facility, and curriculum have been terrific for our infant! Very collaborative, useful app, and good quality food once they began solids. Highly recommended

I would 100% recommend this nursery! Here's why. My daughter started here almost a year ago, when it had recently opened as a new Bright Horizons nursery, the first impressions were great and I only have good things to say ever since. We’ve had a wonderful experience with this nursery and couldn’t be happier. The manager, Sam, is fantastic, he is approachable, supportive, and clearly very passionate about what he does. He's built a really strong team around him. His deputies are fab (especially Charlotte), all the staff are amazing and kind (especially room leader Jenni), the chef (Kat) is super sweet and the food sounds great. The nursery strikes the perfect balance between being highly professional and genuinely friendly, which gives me and my family real peace of mind. I felt really supported from the the first phone call I had with Sam, throughout the settling in period and my daughter (who was really shy at first) has thrived there. I'm so grateful for the care and attention my daughter receives and happily recommend this nursery to other families, we love it. Thanks to everyone there!

They are under new management now and I have heard from many friends and family that they are a lovely, nurturing place for children. All the staff put in so much effort to make this place a safe and welcoming environment for children. I can see some of the old reviews here are from before when they were under old management, and these certainly don’t reflect the fantastic and caring service they provide now!
