  Our family would like to thank Sandra James and Emma for all they done for us , they were so helpful and very professional in every way possible, they kept up informed of every procedure even a call from Emma the evening before funeral making sure we were happy with everything.   Unfortunately, we recently had the need to request the services of Emma & her lovely team. We cannot fault them, from start to finish everything was perfection, even in these uncertain times of Covid 19. The professionalism was faultless and service was very prompt , any requests/questions were dealt with so quickly and they went above & beyond to ensure that we were 100% happy with everything. Would recommend everytime 110%
