  I attended my friends funeral 07/03/2025, and was staggered to find NO parking spaces, I needed a disabled bay, but forget that, there was NOTHING and people reverted to parking on the pavements and grass verges !! how can a cemetery have no where to park, oh there are loads of spaces but filled by cars, the owners of which were clearly not at a funeral, where had all the cars come from ? is it being used as a free car park, ive never felt so stressed going to a funeral as this one due to having to drive round and around trying to find a space, eventually I had to park on the pavement, the people running this facility really need to get there act together, my advice to anyone contemplating using this facility is DONT, its stressful enough.

  Have just returned from today's craft workshop for the bereaved. I attended with my son and daughter following the recent traumatic loss of my brother. Leanne was fantastic in welcoming us and sensitively steering us through the workshop. The group who attended were very friendly and bonded well over our shared experiences. We decorated tote bags, celebrated a participants birthday and generally had a really nice time. I expected it to be fairly morbid but this most certainly was not the case. It lightened my heart and really helped with my grief. Thank you Wasely Hills crematorium, long may you continue this valued service x
