She’s developed so much more since going and feels super comfortable with all the grown ups on her room, I know she’s well taken care of every day and it’s always great to see my baby so happy on all the pictures sent to me on the nursery’s app. Would definitely recommend 10/10

- SCSimona CataOct 3, 20231.0If I could take even that star off I would .This is the kind of nursery that looks professional from outside but when you actually have a deeper experience is that kind that you want to avoid for your children. I have had experienced safeguarding issues and hygiene throughout the settling and just in a couple of days attending to nursery. Staff in my daughters room could not remember her name even after 3 days of attending with the pretext is a different and difficult name. Exempt Steph that was very nice when I signed my daughter up whichdisappeared at some point..the rest of management is really bad. Had really bad experience with Sarah Jane trying to intimidated me after expressing my concerns rather then help.I removed my from the nursery after her 2 days attending and she will soon go to another nursery that is professional and staff had no difficulty to remember my daughters name after her first settling Session .She just attended 2 days and the changes fee are more then 100 pounds for the day or more.Also you will not get back the initial sign up deposit. Is not worth it to pay team this money.
