- POPeyton OswaldAug 9, 20241.0They called us with the wrong pet information and did not sound empathetic or remorseful when I corrected them. I was in so much shock. The LEAST you can do before calling us is to make sure you have the correct pet name and information. To me, it seemed like all that who called us cared about was our money. This whole process did not make me feel like our pet was in good hands and did not make us feel any better about this entire devastating process of losing our pet to cancer. It makes me feel and wonder if the ashes that we received are even our pet’s.

I was shocked, we couldn’t even walk out to see the graves, grass was so tall completely unkept! I am not sure what has happened, memory Gardens was always well kept, sweet little place, I was sad!
