- SSShaqueena StarlingMar 13, 20261.0I went to this office and had a vaginal swab performed so it could be sent to Quest for review. When I left, while driving home, I get a call from Nicole (the CMA at the front desk). She said Dr.Nwawka asked if I can come back and get my vaginal swab because he is not sending it to Quest due to me writing a bad review on Google. I told her to tell him to put it in his food and eat it. I guess she is the middle man because Dr.Nwawka has never called me himself. Instead, he will have Nicole call and she is unprofessional, uneducated, and inpatient and gets irritated quickly, have no good customer service skills. Literally sits in the front desk writing patients names, date of births, and diagnosis down on a paper right in front of other patients. I doubt if any of his staff is licensed because this office violate all medical rules across the board. To even call someone and say “ come pick up your vaginal swab”? That is biohazard , and cross contamination. This clinic does not even wear gloves. The bathroom is nasty! There is no cleaning supplies being used, there is no hand sanitizer and the list goes on. I will be writing more than a bad google review.

The doctor is actually a radiologist but providing obgyn services. Do not come to this office. They do not provide professional and quality care. I will be reporting this office to the board and sueing them
