  Today I went in for a checkup, and unfortunately my experience was very unprofessional from the moment I arrived. When I first tried to enter, the front door was locked with no explanation. At the front desk, the staff seemed distracted—there was only one pen available for the entire lobby, and there was a lot of giggling and side conversations instead of paying attention to patients. During my vitals, the staff members were talking over me about what they wanted for lunch and what toppings they wanted on their pizza. There was no sense of urgency or concern for the patient in front of them. I never even got to see the doctor due to how disorganized everything felt. Overall, the level of professionalism and patient care fell far below expectations.

The clinic feels welcoming, calm, and patient-focused — something every expecting mother deeply appreciates. A special heartfelt thank you to Dr. Chudi Nwawka, whose expertise, patience, and gentle approach have given me so much confidence throughout this journey. He explains everything clearly, never rushes, and always makes sure I feel comfortable and informed. His calm reassurance has played a huge part in making my pregnancy experience so positive. I also want to express my sincere appreciation for Nishelle, Shakira, and Alaaya. Their kindness, empathy, and constant support have made every visit smooth and comforting. Whether it’s answering questions, guiding me through procedures, or simply checking in on how I’m feeling, they truly go above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend Tara Gynaecology to anyone seeking compassionate, attentive, and high-quality OB-GYN care. I feel genuinely supported here, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team during such an important time in my life.

  So far my experience has been great here I have been attending Dr.Nwaka since I was 11 weeks pregnant I’m now 33 weeks pregnant and can’t complain I get to see my baby every visit the ladies there are ALL gracious beautiful black Queen’s very professional they keep a smile on their faces and pleasant every time I come around I’m always pleased Dr.N is a good doctor just doing his best thank you for caring for my baby’s needs as well as mine God bless you all tremendously sincerely Tyshawna

  The absolute WORST place to go, very unprofessional, for starters you will be waiting more than a hour in the lobby before you even go back for your appointment. Then you will also be waiting 30+ minutes for the doctor to come in. The woman in the front desks attitude could be better. I switched to Piedmont Henry the best thing I could’ve ever done, Even the dr there rolled there eyes when I told them where I came from. All I’m gonna say is save your self the trouble it’s a HOT MESS

  This place is no good , unprofessional and very unpleasant. I was escorted off the premises by two security officers. Dr. N I done know how to pronounce his name , but the African Guy doctor he makes me very uncomfortable and I knew something was very wrong and off with this man but I ignored my intuition because I truly thought he was a good person. But you can only fake for so long and his true self was revealed today. Thank you God for showing me, I will leave him and his staff in God's hands now.
