- LCLeo ChristensenNov 28, 20251.0These guys screwed me and probably lost me my job . I went on short term disability after a life changing event . They filled out the paperwork wrong and when I tried to fix it the director informed me that it was out of scope . If a therapist is not allowed to fill out paperwork for a client then this place is useless . Truly look elsewhere .
- JSJessica ShippeyNov 28, 20251.0Because of the counselors negligence and refusal to correct their mistake, my husband is likely going to lose his job. It is not his fault in any way, he has made every effort to get the proper paperwork to her, but she then submits it with serious errors and hasn’t fixed it. He has emailed and called begging for it to be fixed and explaining that if the errors are not fixed before December 1st he will lose his job. I don’t understand how they can care so little. To add to this horrible situation, the director we spoke to was very rude and uncaring. He said they own the private notes that his counselor takes during HIS session, and he offered no options to get this resolved when we asked him what we needed to do.
