  My grandmother is in the memory care unit and I have been so impressed with the director and her staff. The facility reminds me of a resort and all of the residents always appear well tended to. My grandmother loves the food which looks and smells professionally prepared. The director has really helped my mom through the awful process of watching my grandmother get worse and worse. I’m very grateful for her.

  ** Update 7-27-25 *** I am still getting bills from them for 3 days after we had already checked out. (Over $500) We pre-paid her entire stay, I have contacted them at least 5 times stating were NOT THERE THEN! and they said don't worry, it will be taken care of ****The 5 star reviews has to be employee friends. This place reminds me of the pretty girl in Shallow Hal. Beautiful on the surface. Note; mothers mind is still very sharp. FACTS ONLY ... suggestions .. ask: How long have you worked here (pretty sure no-one has been there a year). Visit during supper. Notice conversations or lack of. The FACTS: 1st full day they forgot to bring my mother breakfast. They kept insisting that drugs were my mothers that weren't (kept bringing them back when we returned, they were another lady's with the same name that had died 6 months before). 2nd night my brother had to drive there to get mother in bed after no-one came after 4 hours of pressing call button. My wife gave her the1st bath after a week since no-one there did. We were there 4 weeks and the room was never cleaned. Still getting bills for drugs that we never requested or approved. After leaving received bill for 3 days that we were no longer there. Met gentleman when eating lunch with mother that had laid in bathroom floor 2 hours without anyone coming. Many, many more screwups not mentioned. If you place someone there be sure they have a cell phone to call you.

  The staff is so helpful and friendly. Julian, the maintenance director, helped me out tremendously when I was getting ready for my dad to move in. Definitely went above and beyond the call of duty!

  Anywhere but here. The facility is very nice on the surface but it’s poorly run and unprofessional. I have my mother here and often I can’t get into the building after hours because no one staffs the front desk and no one picks up the phone to let visitors in. Additionally, they have agency workers who come in from outside the facility who have their own agenda with the residents. I personally have a Ring camera in my mother’s room to watch everything. Management under the previous owner was terrible. The current owner/staff are trying to make improvements and it has changed a little since March, but I would suggest you find another option if you can. For the price you pay, you expect more for your family that you’re entrusting to their care.
