  If you are highly trained, compliance-focused, or accustomed to structured onboarding and documented competency sign-offs, I recommend asking detailed questions before accepting a leadership role here. In my experience, expectations for management were not clearly outlined, and structured coaching or a formal performance improvement process was not provided prior to separation. Concerns I raised regarding training completion and documentation access were not met with clear resolution, and communication inconsistencies made effective leadership challenging. This may be a suitable environment for those comfortable navigating ambiguous expectations. However, professionals who value structured training, transparent supervision, and clearly defined leadership standards may find it difficult. This review reflects my personal experience.

  Their staff is under pay for the work that they do in the house ... .. Amanda is a great woman.... The staff at sunset is great.... That Mackey lady is great with my family member very professional and super nice... Our family loves her and the staff
