  Update 13MAR26 - Everything I wrote in my previous review is absolutely still true, but I have to let others know that we are still waiting for our $1000 security deposit to be returned after two and a half months. Like many couples, we had a change of address while combining our homes and informed the team at Miller Chapel to reroute our security deposit refund. We got a confirmation back from the team, but have had multiple issues with them mailing us the check. I would recommend couples to press Miller Chapel to pick up their security deposit in person within a week after the wedding if possible, or Miller Chapel to set up an electronic refund system. To the team at Miller Chapel - I truly wish we could resolve the refund and I would happily edit my review once it is resolved. 1st Review: The team at Miller Chapel was fantastic to work with! Every time I had a question, they got back with us within a day and kept all the communications and files in an event folder on their website. They provided all the tables, chairs, bar cart, a rolling bar, cocktail tables, and chairs. The chapel itself is from the 1880s, quaint and very intimate for ceremonies; and their modern reception hall located behind the chapel accommodates a 100 people easily. The wedding lawn is immaculate with a grand oak tree in the middle for great pictures, I think one of the owners is also a landscaper. There is a convenient AirBnB across from the venue that makes for easy staging if you book it. The venue also is in the process of renovating a nearby house for their own rental use. It’s absolutely one of the hidden gems in the area. We compared 3-4 other venues within 4-6hr of Savannah and just kept coming back to Miller Chapel, so we said “yes” and had an amazing experience!

  We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to get married. The rustic chapel was absolutely stunning—warm wood tones, charming details, and a cozy, intimate feel that made the ceremony incredibly meaningful. The reception hall was spacious, inviting and elegant. The grounds were perfect for photos too! Both Pilar and Sara Beth were wonderful to work with, and ensured my event was stress-free. If you're looking for a location with rustic charm and elegance, the Venue at Miller Chapel is the perfect place!

  First, let me start with the most important part: location, location, location! It is just in the most dazzling, quiet, and peaceful place in Effingham County AND it is near everything! The reception hall was incredibly spacious, clean, and accommodating to everything we needed. The chapel was so mind blowingly simple, clean, and pure, just the kind of place you want to give your daughter away to the love of her life before Christ and everyone. The front of the church was so picturesque that I thought we were going to have to drag the photographer away. The amount of parking was perfect, no one was crammed or struggling to arrive or leave. In all, I don't think the day would have been as perfect as it was anywhere else. Thank you so much, and know we will be back because we are telling everyone we know that this is the place you want to get married.
