  I work in healthcare and I’m in lots of communities every week and this place is so inviting and fun. The residents are happy and thriving. Daphne the sales director goes above and beyond for her current residents and future residents. Michael has done an amazing job creating a new vision and the hospitality really shows. Activties with Amy and events with the whole team are so much fun and top tier. Melissa does a wonderful job in the office and creating a wonderful atmosphere! This is the place I would want to be if I were in independent living.

  The atmosphere is wonderful. When you walk in the door, the employees are Pleasant and professional! My overall experience was delightful!

  First off, this is NOT an assisted living facility!! It is strictly INDEPENDENT! Living!! Please stop advertising it incorrectly!! It is a great place to live with wonderful food, lots of activities and a warm group of residents. But it is not the place for those needing a lot of assistance or continual monitoring and care!! In retrospect, I appreciate the fact that our facility is now more accurately being shown as a retirement community rather than an assisted living facility. In light of this move in the right direction, I have given further thought to my rating and upgraded it to 4 stars. My intention was never to caste aspersions toward the staff, administration, or management of Smoky Springs. As previously stated, they are all wonderful and we are fortunate to have a hem here.
