- SWSherry Whitehead3 days ago1.0My mom has early onset Alzheimer’s dementia. We picked this facility mainly because it has a fall system that supposed to predict before they fall. My mom has been there a month and has fallen many times and has been to the hospital already twice.. She has re-injured her broken back. She was doing well when we transferred her and about a weekend she got a virus from some of the others. I’ve come to see her on seven different occasions, and there was feces all over her room. The guy Graham told me the The room would be deep clean before she moved in and it was not. She has had laundry go two weeks without them, touching it. She developed a horrible rash due to the negligence. She still has not seen a doctor at that facility so I had to take her to urgent care myself.. I was told that she was going to be comfortable once we got her transferred there, but she has been completely miserable and this place is ran very poorly. I had a meeting with Dreama to let her know. She was rude and rolled her eyes when I told her we wanted to transfer to a different facility. Graham told me before we moved her in that there was a moneyback satisfaction guaranteed. Dreama rolled her eyes when I said that and is not interested in working anything out. These types of people do not need to be in this industry. They do not care about they are employees or the poor elderly guest that live there. The food is a lot of processed food that is not good for you. This facility has lots of empty promises and neglect

- KSKristi StewartDec 13, 20205.0Manor lake is a AMAZING PLACE. The staff, the managers, the food is all amazing. The care staff are all very attentive. Wesley specifically is probably the most amazing and caring person I’ve ever seen and my aunt absolutely loves him and his caregivers. Manor lake is truly the perfect place for anyone’s loved one. Highly recommend.
