  I had a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress and veil at Sweet Elegance. The entire staff is very professional and helpful without being pushy. I had my dress altered here with no issues too. It can be overwhelming to find the right dress for your budget, but they can help you find the perfect dress for a reasonable price!

  My experience at Sweet Elegance Bridal was a 10/10 from the time I walked into the door until finding my dream dress. The stylist Rena was super helpful she pulled exactly what I was looking for. The staff and owner were super welcoming and helpful. The prices were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

  My experience at Sweet Elegance Bridal was truly the best I could have asked for. This was actually the very first stop on my search for a wedding dress, and I ended up finding the one here! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and cared for. The entire team created such a warm and inviting atmosphere, making me and my family feel right at home throughout the entire appointment. Jaiva, my stylist, was absolutely incredible. She took the time to really listen to my vision and understand the type of dress I was hoping to find. Every gown she pulled for me was beautiful, but what stood out most was how attentive and patient she was. She offered thoughtful suggestions, made me feel so comfortable and confident, and truly celebrated each moment with me. The dress I ultimately chose was actually one that she had picked out she understood my style perfectly before I even realized it myself! I can’t recommend Sweet Elegance enough. Their team’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping brides find their dream dress made this such a memorable and joyful experience. I’m so grateful to have found my gown here, and I’ll always remember how special they made this moment for me and my family.

  I am so happy with my experience getting my wedding dress from sweet elegance bridal. They were amazing to keep me updated throughout the whole process, and the people who helped me/the associates of the store were fabulous!!! The pricing on the dresses was reasonable, and they had so much variety. I tried several other stores, but something really stuck out with this one that I loved. I also really was happy that they did alterations in house. This was very important to me to find a store that did. I had found and bought my dress 11 months before the wedding, and after a couple rounds of alterations, it was ready for pick up about a month, maybe a month and a half before the wedding which was perfect. The lady, who does their alterations was also amazing, and they really listened and understood when I wanted anything additional changed or fixed. Also for anyone wondering, alterations for me were $995. I’m assuming this depends on the dress, but mine had a LOT of layers and embellishments. Also I will include an exact timeline for reference on how long dress things took for anyone wanting to know: - Oct 19, 2024 purchased dress (to be shipped). Was quoted 6-8 mo to ship/dress arrive in store - March 7th 2025 my dress that was shipped arrived in store (which was shockingly fast!). Looked at the dress + made sure there were no manufacturer defects + tried on. Then paid $25/mo for two months for the store to hang on to the dress vs take it home (be aware this is a cost if you want them to hold onto it) - May 16th, first fitting/taking measurements - Aug 8th dress was finished from alterations, made appt for Aug 14th to pickup -Aug 14th, I still needed one more thing altered - Aug 18th final fitting + picked up the dress!! The store also graciously took their time to take a video on how to bustle which was super helpful too! - Sept 20, 2025 wedding day!!! Timeline for everything with the dress was perfect. Thank you so so much, I cannot imagine the wedding we had in North Carolina without the dress I picked from your store!!!
