  5 Stars – The Absolute Best Experience! From the very beginning, Sweet Elegance Bridal exceeded my expectations. As a plus-size bride, I reached out ahead of time to make sure I would have options available to me. They responded quickly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable even before I booked my appointment. That alone meant so much. When I arrived, I was promptly welcomed and seated for a one-on-one consultation. They took the time to learn about my personality, the theme of my wedding, and what I envisioned for my big day. Based on our conversation, they pulled three dresses for me and then gave me the freedom to browse and pull additional styles that caught my eye. And yes, I found the dress. Lori, my consultant, was absolutely incredible. She is knowledgeable, patient, and truly knows how to make a bride feel beautiful. She made the entire experience feel personal and special. There was also another wonderful woman assisting (I wish I remembered her name!) who offered reassurance, honest feedback, and so much encouragement. Together, they made me feel supported and celebrated. What stood out most is that you can genuinely tell this is a team that loves what they do. The energy in the store was warm, positive, and encouraging. It felt like having a personal group of cheerleaders helping me prepare for one of the most important days of my life. They walked me through everything, from trying on dresses, to explaining how ordering works, to what happens with alterations. Even after purchasing my dress, they have continued to be accommodating. I decided I’d like to add sleeves, and they have already invited me back to review sleeve options and discuss next steps. That level of continued care speaks volumes. If you want an experience where you feel seen, supported, and genuinely beautiful, this is the place to go. This may be my one and only wedding, but hey, if there’s ever a vow renewal in 10 years, I know exactly where I’m going. Highly, highly recommend!

  I had a wonderful experience at this bridal shop; it was my first and last stop! Renah gave me such a comfortable experience, she listened to all my ideas and reflections and proposed options that showed me she truly heard me, while also allowing me to roam the store and try on some of my own choosing. Her assistance was invaluable and I could tell she really cared about my experience. The rest of the staff are also very friendly, complimenting brides as they try on dresses and helping one another, you can tell the culture among the entire team is positive. They don't try to push you to buy immediately, they don't use corny sales tactics to get your sale, they genuinely care. I came back to this store after having a less optimal experience at another store. The owner herself helped me set up everything perfectly to order my dress. Thank you all so much for the exceptional service.

  I went to 3 bridal shops in the Atlanta area and Sweet Elegance Bridal Shop far surpassed the other two. To start, the shop is beautiful, and from the minute you are greeted when you enter you feel seen and special. I had the pleasure of working with Nancy B. who was the sweetest. She asked me what types of dress I was interested in and immediately got to work pulling options for me to consider. She was affirming and supportive every step of the way including helping me schedule a follow up to say yes to the dress I had my eyes on during the first appointment. I would highly recommend Sweet Elegance for any bride to be who wants individualized attention, a great selection, comfortable environment, and a kind and professional staff.

  After a few bridal shops around town I finally said 'Yes to the dress' at Sweet Elegance! I had such a wonderful experience with the entire staff, with special thanks to Devon who was so kind and helpful throughout my appointment. Sweet Elegance has a wide range of price and designer options, something I especially appreciated because I'm eloping and didn't want to break the bank! I found the perfect dress that balanced my budget and my dream dress! Devon really listened to what I was looking for and was definitely a hype-woman throughout. :) As other reviewers have mentioned, they do ask your party not to take photos but they will take them and send as many as you'd like. The reason is because it is a shared main room and they don't want you photographing other brides in your background. Honestly, it wasn't a big deal for us, just make sure to ask for any photos you want. Would absolutely recommend this shop!
