The staff has always listened and been very graceful in receiving and acting on constructive feedback. This is what we have appreciated the most. It’s like a partnership not just with my mom but her family also. We really like the size of the facility. It’s smaller and only 1 floor. It’s not overwhelming for my mom. Having access to the Director Niki, and her team is really important. They are front and center and always willing to help. Thanks Manor Lake Bridgemill for taking such good care of my mom!!!
