  My wife has been in memory care for the last 6 months and I must say that time has made me appreciate the job that the staff does with each resident on a daily basis. Before Chapters, we tried 2 other locations and while being nice and adept at handling the memory care residents present, the locations, staff and programs just did not mesh with her needs. I found Chapters Living of Canton by accident and after looking over the facility and campus, I scheduled an inperson visit and tour. The personnel I met with from Management to daily techs really do care about the residents as individuals and show this when working with them daily. I am there most every day to be with my wife and I am able to view staff as they go about duties and how they interact with the memory care residents individually. It is the right place for us, my wife is happy and while having off days, she is generally smiling when I see her and the staff is accomodating to her needs without undue drama or tension on the part of anyone. I cannot give a higher reccomendation as I was my wife's caregiver for 3 years before this and can understand what it takes to care for and respect the charges they take care of. If you want to see why I am enthusiastic about Chapters, just scheudule a visit to form your own opinions.

  I am in this community as well as many others at least once a week for work. The dedication I see from this team, week to week, from top to bottom, is exceptional. You can just see it in their faces when you walk in. They are almost finished with their new renovation, and this place is really going to shine. Thank you to Jeanine, Bo, Hannah, Brenda, Denise, Stafanie, Melissa, and all the other heroes here for their constant devotion.
