  I placed a fully refundable $500.00 deposit with sales agent Destiny at the Hamilton Mill location. They waited until the last minute and then declined to accept my wife. I had to scramble to find another assisted living facility. It's been over a month and after numerous emails and phone calls, I can't get them to return my deposit. They won't return calls and ignore emails. If you do get someone to answer the phone, they say they will pass on the message, and you get ignored again. Do not trust these people. Update: It's been a week since I left a message for the Executive Director Kyley Hooks and no response. I talked with V.P. Tony Gimbrone who promised he would look into it. Nothing. 7 weeks now and I still don't have my $500 deposit returned.

  This is a beautiful place. From the moment you walk in the door, you can feel that their’s something special about Manor Lake. From the gorgeous setting to the warm and knowledgeable staff, Manor Lake sets the bar high.

  My job was invited to attend open house. The entire building gives the impression of a four start hotel. There are plenty of special services and amenities for the residents to enjoy. The staff are hospitable and passionate about their jobs. Is this a place I would send my love ones if needed? Yes! Please check them out.
