I wanted to express my gratitude to the project and Mr. Alshi Williams. Mr. Williams was amazing. He helped me step by step during my transition from active duty, and it could have not been better. His professionalism and dedication to my case was amazing. Some of the best customer service I' ve ever had.

As a veteran of OEF/OIF with multiple deployments I was left with a lot of issues mentally and physically. At the point I reached out to WWP I was spiraling hard, and these guys offered me a full range of support. Even paid my way for a full wellness retreat, travel, lodging, food and Healthcare. I still have permanent issues, but they pulled me back from the brink and helped me get my life back on track at least. Every single person I have met In person and spoken to remotely was great, I know WWP suffered from poor, borderline corrupt leadership in the past but that was several years ago, people need to let it drop because the new leadership genuinely cares about the mission and puts vets first. I owe this organization more than I could ever repay. Lucky for me they don't ask for repayment 😅

The Atlanta WWP staff is not as helpful as I expect and I have found some program managers to be a little rude and a bit arrogant. I have been disappointed with the support from this office / staff on a few occasions. I don’t believe this is indicative of all WWP offices or staff but I haven’t had the opportunity to work with this program outside of the ATL. The initial sign-up process was more complicated then it needed to be and sensitivity training for the staff and process improvements could be beneficial in improving future veterans experience in seeking services.
