That all changed the moment I stepped into Bright Horizons. The atmosphere was immediately welcoming, with a palpable sense of warmth and family that put my fears to rest. The staff's genuine joy and engagement with the children was truly remarkable. Everyone was so happy and so invested—not just with the little ones, but with the parents as well. A special thank you is due to Mrs. Therese, whose bright and bubbly personality was a beacon of light. Sharing her personal story of why she chose childcare cemented my decision; I knew instantly that this was the right place for my infant. Three months in, and the progress has been nothing short of phenomenal. My little one is the happiest little explorer, and the comfort this provides me is immeasurable. However, when I arrived I had a hard time finding the suite where it was located. I tried calling, but no one answered the phone. I asked random people that worked in the office building did they know where the school was located, but they didn't. I called the corporate line and they attempted to assist me by trying to contact the school, but they were unsuccessful as well. Finally security saw me and my 3yr old on camera walking around and came to where we were and walked us over to where the school was located. Once I got there I rung the doorbell, called the the school again and waited 10 minutes and no one ever answered the door. Just based on this experience, I would not recommend.
