We had an excellent experience with this daycare and are truly grateful for the care our daughter received. From the very beginning, the director, Leqy, made a lasting impression on us. She took the time to sit down with our family, patiently answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable and informed. That level of attention and care meant a lot, especially being new to the area and navigating childcare decisions.
What really stood out to us was the teaching staff. (Ms. Erica and team) They created a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where our daughter could grow and thrive. It was clear every day that she was not only well cared for, but also encouraged in her development in a thoughtful and positive way.
The only reason we left was because we moved, otherwise we would have gladly stayed. Knowing our daughter was in such good hands gave us real peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for the role they played in her growth and development, and I highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a caring environment for their child.
I would recommend this school to anyone! Both our boys had the privilege to go here since they were infants. We had unfortunately had to relocate to a different state and although there were many things we were going to miss, this school was top of the list!
Each teacher was supportive and caring towards each of our kids. The facility is also so nice and the food is balanced and kid friendly. I knew we could trust that they’d be safe and well cared for.
They boys learned so much from their teachers at every age. The administration was also the best! From day 1 they knew our names and about our family. They were always so welcoming in the morning and afternoons! By the end they felt like family. We are so happy we chose to go here - the only negative was that we had to leave. We love you BH!

Bright Horizons has been an amazing experience for my son. The staff is absolutely wonderful and has been such a positive, consistent presence in his childcare journey. I truly appreciate the care, attention, and dedication they show to each and every child at the center. I’m extremely grateful for the wonderful experience they’ve provided.

I cannot report full satisfaction with the daycare center. Some mornings teachers are not there on time to drop off children and as a parent, you can end up being late for work. My child fell twice and they never seem to know exactly how incidents occurred, as teacher( at least 2 different teacher on different days) was occupied with other task at the time.
If you have children with alternative dietary restrictions, they don't always follow parents requests. Those are few of comments I can state out of others. I did notice another parent stating you cannot ask teachers anything extra, and I have experienced this issue as well. I feel like this place could be better, but maybe teachers are overwhelmed and don't always end up with the ratio of students that are supposed to be standardized per class. It is unfortunate to pay too much for daycare and still get to experience situations like a low pay cost daycare. They expect children to function at similar pace infancy/toddler age, it is like robot programming.
My child attended this daycare for over a year. I thought I had really found a place that truly invest time with the kids. I mean they seemed so organized when I first toured the school. They only do tours on certain days to not disrupt the learning and then before you start enrollment you have to meet with your child's teacher so that they understand your needs as a parent. Wow! I though this was great and on top of that the school looks really nice. Well unfortunately that is all a LIE! I thought that since I am paying somewhat of college tuition for my child to attend daycare that my child would receive if not by far the best care. If your child has attended daycare previously and you think because you bring them to Bright Horizon's at Atlantic Station because its bigger and looks nicer, think again because their staff is no different than were your child may have come from. The teachers DO NOT CARE. When you enroll your child they tell you about the 4 to 1 ratio. Well that's a BOLD FACE LIE! They have about 20 kids with only two teachers. There are two teachers in the morning when dropping your child off and then you may get two more teachers who arrive in the afternoon but then you lose the two morning teachers. Majority of the teachers seem like they do not want to be there. I have had a few occasions were I had to talk to the Director of the school about the treatment my child was receiving. Don't ask the teachers to do anything extra for your child, this is such a huge issue because they do not want to be at the daycare with those kids. I have seen one of the teachers get really aggressive with a student and the Director is aware of this behavior but the staff member is still working their till this day. Maybe she was talked to but there is no way she should be around children, her attitude alone let's the parents and staff members know that she does not like her job. Parents be very cautious when enrolling your child. I know it may look nice from the outside but once you get familiar with this place trust and believe you will see what I am talking about. Hope you don't have to have your child suffer. I really don't like the fact that I have to take my child to daycare but unfortunately I have to work and I thought I found a great daycare when I enrolled my child here but NO WAY! The service I received is no different than paying someone $100 or $50 a week to care for your child. They really fooled me at this daycare.
