- KKKerri Keating2 days ago1.0If I could give this place a 0 I would . The staff talk to the elders in disrespect !! All these families that comment on here saying it’s GREAT , must not visit often. They leave elders who can’t feed themselves and can’t take care of themselves all alone at the tables. Then come down to retrieve them and make comments like “ you should have pressed your button if you needed me “ . This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. The African American lady that’s in the front is RUDE. They all are RUDE but definitely her! I have videos on how everything runs here ! Please BEWARE !

It’s extremely disorganized especially for the price. The food and service at the restaurants are also very disappointing for the price.

Melita, in Sales, went above and beyond to help us through the transition process, answering every question with patience and warmth. And Tinyko, in Nursing, showed such dedication and tenderness in caring for my dad, her attention to detail and gentle nature gave us tremendous peace of mind.
