I will happily recommend Village Park Alpharetta! My mom and I searched all over Atlanta for a great place for my parents to move. From the very beginning, my mom felt at home at VPA. They moved in about a month ago and they are extremely happy. The social activities are endless and my dad has gotten more social interaction than we could have ever hoped for in the first month. The apartment is beautiful and the property is so nice. They love the food and the people have been tremendous. If you are searching for a new home or if you are like me and you are searching for a safe place for your parents, go see Barb at Village Park Alpharetta. She will take great care of you!

If you are trying to find a good place for your loved one to live, all I can say is go see Village Park Alpharetta for yourself. At first I thought the residents were paid actors because they are so happy and friendly. And to me, that speaks volumes. The care staff and the kitchen staff, the Maintenence staff and all the way up to administration, bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. They listened to us and adapted to our schedule and needs. They were all about making sure we felt at home. I wish we had done it sooner.my lady didn’t want to go out much where we were but at Village park the activities are so much fun we really looked forward to going. They had an auction one time and gave us a paddle and a cup of corn kernels. For 6 corn kernels we got me a pair of brand new boots and my lady a necklace. They had casino night and my lady won a nice prize for best dressed at the Kentucky derby party. The food is better than Sunrise Senior Living, I can tell you that. I could go on and on but you really should go see for yourself. They are a great, caring, group of people that do everything they can to enhance your quality of life. We are big fans!

We have had a very good experience having my Dad at Village Park Alpharetta. The staff has been very helpful and responsive for the move-in process. They are also very helpful in getting my Dad involved in the activities. My Dad especially likes having choices of which restaurant to go to for meals.

Village Park Alpharetta is an excellent community. The property is beautiful, the food is exceptional, and they provide an unparalleled environment that allows residents to age-in-place gracefully and with dignity.

1 - is too high of a rating to give this place. Unfortunately, Village Park Alpharetta only allows a 1 as the lowest rating. They deserve a zero . My Mom has lived at this place for 8 years - and for 8 years the conditions at this place have deteriorated to a level that I feel is dangerous for my Mom (who is 89 years old) to continue living there. She is paying an outrageous amount of money each month to live at this place. She has complained for months about her TV reception - which is apparently due to a problem related to the construction of her unit- so, they have told her that the problem can not be fixed. I’m guessing the problem will be expensive to fix for the parent company- so, they are not going to fix it …. after they have been robbing my Mom blind for 8 years. The story gets worse. Now her AC unit is not working. She called my brother today - who went over to her unit and found her exhibiting signs and symptoms of a heat stroke. He felt the situation was not safe for my Mon - as she was weakened , vomiting and speaking incoherently- so, he brought my Mom back to her house. By definition, this is elder abuse. I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am not sure who governs elder abuse in GA. - But, I will find out and file an Elder Abuse complaint against Villagev Park Alpharetta . DO NOT take your parents here! It is not safe.
