The key is finding the right place. Having just toured Chapters of Alpharetta is like finding a gem. We were greeted with friendly staff in an environment much like one’s home. It was comfortable, clean and filled with happy clients. They were in the midst of doing activities and the folks were so engaged and joyful. The Team’s professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. Being in the business of helping place loved ones in a community can be daunting but when you find a welcoming place you know it will be a blessing for your clients. My initial impression is that the leadership team from Chapters seems fully committed to enhancing the engagement of the caregivers and the quality of care of all residents in the facility.
