  Our little bird passed away, and we were looking for a place where she could be cremated with care. We called one night and they returned our call immediately, which meant so much to us. The next day, they welcomed us with such kindness and compassion during our difficult time. The facility is spacious and thoughtfully arranged, offering a variety of beautiful items to honor and remember your beloved pet. We also truly appreciated the flexibility in accommodating us out of regular business hours, especially with our work schedules. It’s clear how dedicated you are to what you do. Everything was handled quickly and with great respect. It was absolutely worth it, and we are so grateful for the care you provided. Thank you all the team for everything!!

  Amazing, caring, sympathetic and empathetic. I was distraught when we lost my Sweet Loki, she died peacefully in her sleep on her 7th birthday. I bottle fed her, she was my baby. The vet said it was just one of those things. But Don and his staff were Amazing. They came and got her and let us know how well they were taking care of her, until she was ready to be picked up. How caring this man and his staff are! Its amazing. Definitely trust them wirh your precious fur babies.

  The kindness, compassion, caring, and professionalism from Don at Resting Rainbow is absolutely incredible. I lost my sweet Zippy very suddenly. He was the first phone call I made to find out how to care for my baby girl after. His kindness over the phone made me select him immediately. He was so helpful and patient while I navigated the unthinkable. When I came in to pick her up, the first words after we introduced ourselves were “how are you feeling since the loss of Zippy?” He listened as I broke down in tears and gave me the warmest hug afterwards. I cannot recommend this place enough. Extremely professional but most importantly, KIND. Thank you, Don, from the bottom of my heart for taking such great care of my sweet panther, Zippy.

  Our cat Ms Puffy. They staff was amazing from day one. The doctor who came to our house was so kind and caring.. and she handled Puffy with so much love and care and kindness. The staff who came right after to pick Puffy up to transport her he was also very caring and kind. This was such a good experience in such a stressful and heart breaking time. The URN for Ms Puffy and all the extras is so beautiful and we will treasure it for ever.. Thank you all again for being there when we needed you.❤️💔 .Love Ken and Summer.
