My son is in VPK now, and we feel so lucky to have Ms. Maria as his teacher. She is truly wonderful, and I appreciate her so much.

Having experienced a few childcare centers in the area, there is no question that the school stands out and all the right ways. It is not a daycare, it is a school where the teachers care deeply about each and every child. Could not recommend this place more. Three kids here, and we would never have gone anywhere anywhere else !

Sending our little one to daycare was not an easy decision and we struggled to find a daycare that was organized and stimulating, but also provided the individual care and attention we wanted for our baby girl. We had a wonderful experience in the infant room and she is currently loving every day in the toddler room and waits (impatiently) by the door with her bag every morning to leave. We are blown away by all the new things she learns and all the outdoor activities she gets to do everyday. They truly listen to the parents and will go above and beyond to incorporate our wishes into her schedule (like helping her get awesome naps!). There is never a phone call, email, or question that goes unanswered and every interaction with the staff and management is warm and friendly. They have maintained strict protocols and I never question that they aren’t doing everything possible to keep everyone safe. I toured several centers and can confidently say Bright Horizons is far and away the best daycare in the area and worth every penny. We are so glad we found them and will have no reservations about sending our future children there as well!

This school and the staff (director, management and teachers) leave much to be desired. The director runs the school as a "business" and does not care much about the personal development of the children, nor puts in practice the principles and core values of the Bright Horizons curriculum. This lack of leadership reflects and trickles down to the staff and teachers in the school. Several times I walked by teachers with "long faces" and saw them talking down to the children and speaking to them in a rude way. When you first enroll, they will sell you on a "whole child" approach and several extracurricular clases like yoga, steam, computer room, etc. However, not once did I receive a picture, information or anything related to these activities. My child told me he never used the computers and I never saw his profile on any of them. Communication between the teachers and the parents was terrible (despite my efforts). It was a struggle to find out what happened in the classroom that day, as well as communicating with the teachers about specific topics to help my child thrive. It just seem like they did not care about the individual and rushed into a one size fits all approach to education. If you just want a "day care" then this might be for you, but if you're looking for a place where your child can flourish, feel nurture, and learn in an environment that supports and cares for their development, keep looking to other options.

We loved the infant room and teachers and have moved right on up to the toddler class. Class sizes are smaller which is nice. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff.
